It’s pretty easy to hate on videogames these days, especially with developers and publishers either: A) churning out sequel after sequel with an occasional remake thrown in or, B) pushing technology that isn’t needed or wanted (like 3D displays). However, I’m going to list the items of interest from E3 2011 that genuinely excite me, because it seems like the only people not being overly negative are being paid to act otherwise. So without any further fluff, this shit looks cool:

- Neverwinter – As long as this isn’t a nickel & dime or subscription fee nightmare, a co-op RPG with player created content could be good deal of fun.
If I can mute the music, I have no issue with the presentation of the game.

- Torchlight 2 – Just a trailer showing off armor so far, but my money is on this being one of if not the best of multiplayer games of the year.
Imagine all the monsters one will kill to collect all that beautiful loot...
